Terms and Conditions

All products are made to order, once an order has been paid for and confirmed via email from MG Rover Custom Car Parts, it cannot be cancelled. 

Services relating to headlights require the seal between the light housing and the front lens casing to be opened, this will cause some damage to the edges of both the light casing and the lens. This will be covered with black tape and will not be visible when the headlights are in situ. 

MG Rover Custom Car Parts are not responsible for damage caused to any products whilst in transit/shipping.

When you, the client, send us any items to work on, a detailed condition report will be completed and sent to you for signing before work will commence. 

Once work is complete on any items you send us, MG Rover Custom Car Parts will make a detailed condition report and share it with you before shipping. 

When shipping completed items to you the client, postage will include insurance to the value of the items and service provided. Should items become damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of you, the client, to claim on this insurance. MG Rover Custom Car Parts will not offer compensation for damage caused in transit/shipping.
